Trustee Duties

  • Manage the affairs of Johnstown Township in the best interest of the public.
  • Attend monthly Township Board Meetings and vote on all issues upon which a vote is required, except any issues where a conflict of interest may exist.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Board.
